Job description

  • Proven ability to manage larger end-to-end CRM, eMarketing or Mobility rojects in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry environment
  • Coordinate project teams and act as interface with the client’s project stakeholders
  • Assume overall responsibility for the quality & timely delivery of the project
  • Be or have the ambition to become a SME and thought leader in one of our business domains (LSHC CRM, LSHC Sales, LSHC Service, LSHC Marketing)
  • Identify CRM business cases/opportunities at (potential) clients and translate them into concrete CRM, eMarketing or Mobiler solutions
  • Define and monitor CRM ROI KPI’s and metrics
  • Deliver efficient change management and business alignment along the implementation

Profile

  • University graduate
  • Strong background and +5 years functional experience in CRM
  • Industry or consultancy background of +5 years in life sciences or health care
  • Affinity with CRM and BI technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French
  • Excellent Project/Change Management Skills
  • Flexibility in time and location (travelling within Europe is possible)
  • Account Management/Sales skills

Profile

  • University graduate
  • 1 to 5 years of functional experience in CRM or Marketing, preferably in a life sciences or health care environment
  • Passionate about everything that is "e"
  • Affinity with CRM and BI technology
  • Ambitious and eager to learn
  • "Can-do", customer-orientated mentality
  • Flexibility in time and location (travelling within Europe is possible)
  • Job flexibility (learn on the job, different clients-different needs...)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
